Dr. Klein spent many years as a producer and actress in regional theatre before coming to St. Thomas Aquinas College where she teaches courses in speech communication at the basic, intermediate and honor’s levels. She is also the Dean of Institutional Assessment at the College and chairs the Institutional Assessment Committee and the General Education Committee. Dr. Klein is the editor of the College’s annual Institutional Assessment and Academic Assessment Reports and she works closely with administrators, faculty and students to prepare useful assessment strategies that assure student learning at the course, program and institutional levels.
Dr. Klein is one of the founding members of a non-profit, environmental education organization, Nature and Environmental Writers – College and University Educators (NEW-CUE), and she is currently an active member of the Governing Board of that organization.
